Customer service horrible

I was highly upset over an additional charge that was made to my account when it was not warranted. I was given short notice and wasn’t made aware that I was late as I have always made payment arrangements before. They were extremely unhelpful and hung up on me. I will now be leaving T-Mobile because I have bee extremely loyal in making my payments as high as they are for one line.. I’m over it ! Anyone can help me out on how I can get out of this nightmare with ease ?!

    Must be how they do business because one of their customer service reps hung up on me too! I will also be leaving T-Mobile. And I agree, their prices are high af for one phone line, let alone two!

      They believe that theybare now competitive with At&t and Verizon.   Sadly, that may be true in some locations.   For support, they've outsourced tonthe Philippines,  and in general even their executive team reminds me more of the old Comcast doesn't give a F about you - youtube video.
