Must be how they do business because one of their customer service reps hung up on me too! I will also be leaving T-Mobile. And I agree, their prices are high af for one phone line, let alone two!

They believe that theybare now competitive with At&t and Verizon. Sadly, that may be true in some locations. For support, they've outsourced tonthe Philippines, and in general even their executive team reminds me more of the old Comcast doesn't give a F about you - youtube video.
