T-Mobile doesn’t care about losing customers
Longtime Sprint customer who got rolled into a T-Mobile account because of the merge. I had a 2nd line free with Sprint. T-Mobile’s way of fixing that was to give me a promotion that apparently had a shelf life and now I’m being charged for my second phone line. They claim there’s nothing they can do to resolve it. I’ve had several phone calls and flat out being told it was a promo and it ended. Yes, their solution was to make it a promotion to get me my second line free in their system - I get that, however there shouldn’t be a term limit on there. I was a Sprint customer and they should honor my plan with Sprint since I had no choice but to become a T-Mobile customer due to the merge. As a former Sprint customer, I’m not even getting all the perks of being a T-Mobile customer. I have 3 bill cycles left and my phone will be paid off and then it’s asta to T-Mobile and their lack of ability to find a solution.425Views2likes3Comments
