Customer service horrible
I was highly upset over an additional charge that was made to my account when it was not warranted. I was given short notice and wasn’t made aware that I was late as I have always made payment arrangements before. They were extremely unhelpful and hung up on me. I will now be leaving T-Mobile because I have bee extremely loyal in making my payments as high as they are for one line.. I’m over it ! Anyone can help me out on how I can get out of this nightmare with ease ?!145Views1like2Comments
