Re: Scam Test Messages From T Mobile?
Hmm.. I would double check the usage addresses on your account. There might be one that got discombobulated. I know the message was not spam or a scam attempt because that is a normal practice where appropriate. There is a wrinkle, though, because it's only 3 or 4 states that require it. One of our T-Force folks would be able to do a full review, AND they can file a ticket for our IT team to take a deeper look and see why that collection part was included on your message if you don't have any connection with the required states. Send them a message on our Facebook page at the bottom of this post and you'll be in good hands.72Views0likes0CommentsRe: trying to have two phone with the same phone number
Hey there musert DIGITS is a great way to get one phone number on both phones. The DIGITS service would take your primary number and duplicate it on the secondary (DIGITS) phone. The secondary line will have a placeholder phone number that is unique, but both phones will ring with the primary number. You can set up the DIGITS line and plan and then carry around the phone you need when you need it. Normally, both phones would ring when the number is called, so if you want to avoid the extra noise, you can just turn off the phone you're not using. Hope this helps!84Views0likes0CommentsRe: Scam Test Messages From T Mobile?
Do you live in California by chance? I was also weirded out by the debt collector mention at first, but it makes total sense if your account is in California. When it comes to collecting on past due balances, even when they are just a couple days past, there are a lot of rules. One of those rules is that our past due notifications to certain states (CA is one) require that T-Mobile provide our Collection License information. It's mainly included to let the receiver know that we are in compliance with the local regulations. 456 is absolutely one of the T-Mobile short codes. Spoofing is a possibility, but much harder to do with short codes so highly unlikely. Scammers usually try to set up a different short code or just use a different phone number altogether. You did the right thing by checking your account to make sure everything matched and hopefully found it easy to pay or set up a payment arrangement right from the website.63Views1like2CommentsSpring is in the air and so is the dust.
Spring cleaning doesn’t have to feel like a chore—especially when your phone becomes your ultimate cleaning companion. One of the simplest yet most effective ways to stay motivated is by turning up the tunes. Create a high-energy playlist or stream your favorite upbeat music to keep your spirits high and your feet moving as you tackle dust bunnies and clutter. Music transforms the atmosphere and helps time fly, making scrubbing the bathtub or reorganizing the closet feel more like a dance party than a duty. Beyond setting the vibe, your phone is also your personal organizer during spring cleaning season. Use list-making apps like Google Keep, Todoist, or Apple Reminders to break down tasks room by room, so nothing gets forgotten. And for that extra edge? Use your phone’s camera to snap “before and after” photos. Not only does it help you see your progress (which is incredibly motivating), but it also serves as a visual checklist of what still needs attention. With your phone in hand, spring cleaning becomes smarter, more efficient, and maybe even a little fun. Share your favorite ways to use your phone to stay motivated in the comments.360Views2likes0CommentsRe: Block Private Numbers
Most phones nowadays can block unknown callers through the phone settings. That would mean that any number not saved as a contact would be sent to voicemail as soon as they try to call you. I don't usually save things like doctor's office numbers to my phone, so if your like me, that might not be the perfect solution. When it comes to blocking just private numbers, there is not a setting or feature that can be added to your account that would be able to do just that.55Views0likes0CommentsRe: Netflix I already have an acct
Hi 😃Bundling monthly bills makes things a lot easier. Netflix on Us is a great bundle AND it saves save money! When you sign up for the Netflix on Us feature, you get a text message with a registration link. That link will ask you to sign in to your T-Mobile account and then direct to the Netflix login. There you can sign in to your existing account or create a new one. After that process, T-Mobile will be listed as your payment method on Netflix.83Views0likes0CommentsRe: Carnival Cruise Coverage Page Broken
Hey there! I was trying out the cruise site just now and when I start typing in a cruise liner, I do see a dropdown list of options. I can either select one or I can just enter and it will select the top one. Can you share a little more information on the issue you're having with the page now, so we can help figure it out together? Thanks!92Views0likes0CommentsRe: No Data for Go5G
Hey there! It's so nice to know that you can update features on your account without super long hold times or a ton of hassle. When you make changes to things like your data features, it usually updates right away. There are times where it can take up to two hours for your account, the network, and your phone to all be on the same page, but a quick restart on your phone usually does the trick if there is any delay.45Views0likes0CommentsRe: Can I Opt Out of the new Starlink Program?
