When I go to my account it says I've usesd about 3gb, does the includ and moble hotspot when I use my computer on my mobule hotspot? I've got 4 more days here. Can I set a limit/warning to keep me from going over, I've had bad experiences with using the hotel wireless. Any optiond/ideas. I'm guessing there are no T Mobile stores here. My wife and I took a trip to Costa Rica prior to leaving we upgraded our plans so that we would have data roaming and international phone calls. When we arrived in Costa Rica our phones would not ever work but we are unconcerned at the time. However we got a flat tire while visiting Playa Carbone which is a very remote place in Costa Rica at the end of a dirt road. So we tried to make a phone call and we are unable to call anywhere we were basically stuck on the coast of Costa Rica as foreigners with no ability to make any phone call. This could have been very dangerous we were both in our 60s we are unable to change a flat tire. Thank God a local person was there who had a tire pump and was able to pump up our tires. When we got back to our hotel we called T-Mobile and my wife was on the phone with T-Mobile for over an hour trying to make our phones work internationally. It never worked we have now been in Costa Rica for 8 days and we are unable to make any phone calls. I am disgusted with t-mobile. The only people we can call is each other or people in the United States that is quite useless and dangerous for older folks who are visiting Costa Rica and depend on their phone. I am beyond disgusted with T-MobileRick653 days agoNetwork Novice66Views0likes1CommentInternational coverage on One Plan
I'm trying to figure out what coverage is available in Switzerland on One Plan. This -- "Our plans are also international plans. Your phone just works when you arrive - No setup required. (With qualifying plans. Capable device required. Not for extended international use. Coverage not available in some areas. See full terms)." -- has a big asterisk that is unintelligible.wollern3 days agoNetwork Novice62Views0likes1CommentI try to use my Apple Watch Ultra in Saudi Arabia.

I’m currently stationed in Japan and I’m having serious issues with my T-Mobile service. It worked fine the first day I arrived, but since then, I’ve had no cellular service unless I’m connected to WiFi. I purchased the International Pass and I’m on the Magenta Max Military plan with premium data and hotspot included, but nothing seems to be working. I have an Iphone 13 Pro Max I’ve called T-Mobile support every day for the past 5 days and gone through every troubleshooting step they’ve suggested, but I still can’t get any connection without WiFi. They have not offered any other suggestions or solutions. I need my phone for my job and this has become a major problem. Has anyone else experienced this while stationed overseas? Any advice or workarounds that helped you get your phone working again? I’d really appreciate any help or suggestions. Thank you in advance!airman13 days agoNewbie Caller93Views0likes1CommentPossible to switch SIM to new phone while off network?
My old phone is acting up and I can get a good local deal on a new phone while I am overseas. Is it possible to install my current active SIM in the new phone and have it work before returning to the US? Thank you.SolvedTDYDave15 days agoNewbie Caller180Views0likes5CommentsReview for Exceptional Customer Service
I wanted to take a moment to highlight the fantastic support I received from T-Mobile representative, Hailey. She was incredibly patient, kind, and helpful as she walked me through the steps to fix my phone’s connectivity issue. What stood out the most was her genuine commitment to solving the problem—I felt supported every step of the way, and she never made me feel rushed or embarrassed, even when I realized the issue was on my end (airplane mode strikes again!). Her professionalism, positivity, and dedication made this experience a standout example of stellar customer service. Employees like her truly go above and beyond to ensure customers have a great experience, and I wholeheartedly believe she deserves a raise for the exceptional service she provided! Thank you for having such amazing team members like her—I’m grateful and thoroughly impressed! Hello All, I have had a Legacy Pay As You Go for several years now and whenever I have traveled outside the U.S., it will automatically register to the local network and connect to whatever country I'm in. However, it's no longer doing that now. I arrived in Taiwan a couple of days ago and it refuses to connect to any network. When I attempt to manually select a local it provides a listing of five different networks and three of those are labeled "forbidden". When I try to connect to the two that are not marked as "forbidden", it just shows "Couldn't connect" with no explanation. When I was in Taiwan several weeks ago, my phone automatically connected to a local network, Far East Tone, a few seconds after turning it on upon landing. And that's just how it's been the last few years of traveling outside the U.S. It will automatically connect to a local network and I'll receive a text which begins with something like "Welcome to...". I've never had to manually select a network, never had to change any phone settings and never had to notify T-Mobile in advance of my travel plans. I have since installed the SIM into two other devices and results are just the same - it refuses to connect to any network. If anyone would have any ideas as to why I am unable to connect now, I'd very much appreciate reading about them. Thanks! GregGreg332 months agoNetwork Novice230Views0likes1Comment
