I call to Report my 15 Year Old Sons Phone " With Insurance " I was Told Don't Worry we will send you a Email. 5 Day's go by No Email. I call again 611 and explain about the previous Call, Don't Worry I can Help All the Lady was the Holliday Weekend and taking longer for the Shipping, Then I think I am Giving my Card Info for Shipping. No one said anything about $ 49.00 AGI TMO Service Fee. for 5 years that's the one excuse I get every time I Call. T-Mobile please for the love of the Lord above. update the overseas tech support that have no IT training just read an outdated dsl book.(they have no clue about our internet) your tech team do same speel everytime. Unplug for 5 mins then reset to factory. Then well I see there is a tower down . 5yrs an same bs. There is no listed outages on map on your site but in-store 10mins ago guess what ? There is an outage it's been out 4months . Hmm so if I call the FCC again will the VP call me and send me new not released modem again an fix my internet next day 3yrs no issues after 2weeks ago I went from 5g.to aol dialup. It's unacceptable. I'm betting the issue is the space link merge is #1 at the moment. So we can wait . Because you want us to cancel so we won't get unlimited fast 5g anymore for us locked in customers. So everyone file a fcc report about no outages posted on site but they say there is. They have to inform customers. Per FCC REGULATIONS . FCC NETWORK Outage reporting System. Anyone get a notification, email,call,letter, post ? Yea me either . When people call me, they hear a ringtone, then a busy signal instead of my voicemail greeting; therefore, they cannot leave a message. I looked to see if I had accidentally blocked the number, which is was not. I also restarted my phone. I just moved and when I checked the coverage map it said I should have full bars. After moving in I realized I have no bars in every room and it’s in SOS. When I called customer service they told me that a tower was probably down and to check back in 8 days! I can’t be without service for over a week. Anyone else having coverage issues with internet? I was getting a "speed test" of about 10 for downloads. It now below 4. I complained to the BBB about not getting a rebate when I first got their internet. They gave me the rebate but it seems they retaliated with slower internet. I've changed equipment and moved the gateway but still slow. Looked at coverage map and the very edge is a coup.e of streets over. I'm told it could be 3 YEARS before they got better coverage in my area. Other internet services are too expensive or aren't in my area yet. T-Mobile is no help. HELO , I signed up online with T Mobile at the beginning of December on 12/07/2024. There was a promotion for an Amazon TV after a certain period of time. I'm still waiting. I called customer service today to see where the TV was and conveniently if they had a promotion for me, but they told me that I am not eligible. I feel that I have been a loyal customer for 5 months, maybe it's time to change providers? Sometimes when I call out it just says “calling”. No sound, just completely silent. I wait any wait but still nothing. In frustration, I hang up. Try back a couple more times and it finally starts to ring the number. Great reception by the way. Has anyone else changed nothing on their plan but have had worse signal issues Since the last Samsung android UI update? Funny enough I don't like the change in anesthetic, clock, utility bar separated for corner swipe, main screen layout scale change, and do appreciate my battery being a little less hijacked by unused apps and programs running in the background as they please. They still are, but they are using a very slight less battery while running or idol. And where did the Mass Cache Delete from Storage Management Go?! Why does Samsung keep hiding or getting rid of it entirely, then bringing it back just to take it away, or hide it, or make it inaccessible? Stop gamifying my cache clearing time, user interface orientation, and my phone's usability and connectivity! Hella Uncool, Dudes and Dudettes. But yeah, over all signal went from high 4-5 bar strength same areas of use, to maybe 2-3, down to freezing up, and endless loading, with phone cleaned out, refreshed, and more of free processing space cleared and available? Hi, what are the plans/rules for getting Starlink SMS service while in no coverage areas (like overseas)? I have (incorrectly) assumed that when I am in a country where Starlink has been deployed and I have the Magenta global roaming plan, I would get coverage. That was false - I got coverage via regular 5G roaming but that's it. No cell tower, no connection. Is there any option - or plan that would provide Starlink Sattellite coverage in other countries? We are now 12 months into our 24 month phone upgrade cycle… 2 phones on the Go5G Plus 55 and home internet, $100 plus $30 = $130 per month. The bill for the phones show; Monthly charges $6.55 Remaining Balance $438.54 $36.55 installment with a $30.00 Apple Trade Monthly charges $2.62 Remaining Balance $391.40 $32.62 installment with a $30.00 Apple Trade I was wondering about our upgrade options, but what I want to know right now is; If we continue these payments for another 12 months until our phones are fully paid off and we DO NOT upgrade but continue to use these phones, how much will our bill go down? It looks like it says we are paying $36.55 + $32.62 a month for the phones right now, but I can’t believe that our bill will drop by that much!
