Paid off the lastpymton all my equipmentin acct, so I unlocked my phone via settings. I'm confused with a message that keeps on popping up on my screen on my cell, and my tablet now states that my unlock has expired? Below is the pop up message: Your phone's network unlock will expire in 1 days. SIM cards from other service providers will no longer work. Can anyone help me out please. I thought once paid up you own all equipment, hence unlocked with no expiration ... better off when trading in, etc. Thanks ...Solved970Views0likes13CommentsUnlock Iphone se
A friend of mine broughtme an iPhone se (2020), and I live in Lebanon. When I inserted the SIM card, I received a message stating that the phone is locked ( sim not supported ). I inquired about the issue at a mobile repair shop, and they told me that the phone is locked by the T carrier. Could you please help me understand how I can unlock the phone to work on the local network where I live?108Views0likes2Commentsrefused to unlock my iphone12 calling 611
I’ve been with T-Mobile for almost 10 years. I’ve always bought my iPhone’s Unlocked and in full cash anytime I need to get one or one just shut down on me. My fiancé and I decided to get a line together to make things cheaper and easier between us also spectrum gave us an awesome deal! The guy at spectrum said my phone was locked for some reason when it shouldn’t have because I bought my phone unlocked for this specific reason. I called T-Mobile that Sunday to unlock my phone which they said no problem! Your phone will be unlock with 24 hours! 24 hour past still locked. Called back and this person said my request was never sent and to give him 2 days and my phone would be unlocked I said yes! Works perfectly just have it expedited please. Thursdays comes phone still locked , I spent 4 hour on the phone with T-Mobile to get my phone unlock being lied to saying that my phone would be unlocked in an hour or actually it’s going to take 24hr oh wait my phone will be unlocked by the end of the day and I was just being lied to the whole time and still didn’t get it unlock until Friday morning through TWITTER OR X …. I will never be going back to T-Mobile again they were practically keeping my phone hostage that I paid for in full from Best Buy UNLOCKED and it’s taken me over 5 days just to get my phone unlocked that shouldn’t have been locked to start with .79Views0likes3CommentsPlease all brothers help me unlock it, SE2022 IMEI350422142693474

I have put in a request about 7 days ago to unlock my IPhone 13. I am a T-Mobile prepaid customer and, the representative stated I have met all requirements for my phone to be unlocked. Unfortunately, I have been waiting about a weeks time in business days and have not yet received one email or update about this. I called again a few days ago hoping there would be some sort of resolution. To my surprise, there has not been one yet.98Views0likes2CommentsDevice Unlock Problem! Reason Code: 19
Here comes the vent. about a month ago I canceled my T-Mobile account which had me and my ex-girlfriend on it I wanted to switch to Mint mobile my girlfriend stayed with T-Mobile but they made her get a new account since I was the account holder. I was told that once I pay off my phone and my ex girlfriend gets her new account then my phone would be unlocked and I would be able to take it to Mint mobile. I found out after I had already canceled my account and paid off the phone that the phone would not unlock. since I don't have an account anymore it is very hard to get verified with anyone from T-Mobile I've had to be in a T-Mobile store while talking to a T-Mobile representative on the phone so that the person in the T-Mobile store could verify that I was me and so that the person on the phone could submit a unlock request which I have done three different times!!!! this issue has been escalated three different times also. the device is a Samsung Galaxy s22 Ultra and the reason code is 19 when I try to permanently unlock it on the device. T-Mobile has no answers when I'm able to get through to them but that's only if I'm at a store and talking to a rep on the phone at the same time. the device is a replacement device from Assurant which is another route that I explored for a possible problem but was assured that the IMEI should be in T-Mobile's database even though it's a replacement device. I'm running out of options I don't know what else to do I have $1,000 phone that I'm not able to use to make phone calls or use cell towers and it's so frustrating oh and I also just recently received my final bill in the mail from T-Mobile which is a negative! -$47 balance so now I'm wondering since it's not a zero balance and since T-Mobile owes me money could that be the reason that my locked. Does anyone who has read this far have any suggestions or reasons why my phone is locked? I'll be filing an FCC complaint next because they restricting me from using the device that I legally bought from them. I doubt it causes any progress but maybe someone will see it and care enough to tighten the leash on big companies like T-Mobile.Solved5.8KViews2likes9CommentsNot unlocking 12 pro max
So I am a business customer and not only have I been waiting 3 months for my phone that has been paid off for over a year to be unlocked, TMobile has been arguing with me that my phone was not purchased through them. They don’t have an EIP on file although I do in my T-Mobile account. One representative Rene said my phone was unlocked and that it’s Apples problem so they transferred to apple care where it was determined that T-Mobile lied. Also many customer service agents have no clue as to what the T-Mobile Unlock policy is, automatically does not mean I have to call in to request that my paid off phone bee unlocked. It was on a valid line for over 3 years, paid off, account is current and T-Mobile still is playing games. In the AM I go to mail a T-Mobile a letter and start the small claims court. keep all your papers cause T-Mobile will lose them and say your phone was never purchased through them even though the EIP has the correct IMEI.114Views1like6CommentsUnlocking IPhone 12 pro max
OK so here is my question … my son (one of 4 lines on my plan) purchased a new Iphone directly from Apple. He will be swapping out his current phone (iphone 12 pro max ) that is fully paid off. All our phones are paid in full yet only two are showing unlocked (mine and my fathers). Sons and daughters still showing locked. Why if they are paid off? When my son swaps the phones, he will be gifting the 12 pro max to his dad to take to his carrier. how can we get the phone unlocked?Solved166Views0likes4CommentsBought an unlocked Samsung Galaxy S20+ 5G, and have no option for Delivered, Read, or Typing in Messages. Can I flash T-Mobile firmware to it in an attempt tto get this feature back?
I got an unlocked s20+ 5g from Reebelo, and used SmartSwitch to copy EVERYTHING over from my old S10e. For a VERY brief period as SmartSwitch was doing its thing, I had delivered and read receipts on my texts in the normal Messages app. Once Smartswitch was done, that feature was gone, and the option wascompletely absent from my settings in individual messages and the Messages app. I tried a factory reset and it is still gone (did not use SmartSwitch OR Google backup OR Samsung backup). Hours of searching the interwebs for a solution has yielded no results (I have tried all the supposed fixes.) The only thing I saw that MIGHT work is someone talking about flashing the carrier’s firmware to their unlocked phone. I found a tutorial on how to do this with the T-Mobile S20+ 5G firmware to my unlocked phone. My questions are: A: would this screw up my phone somehow? and B: Would this have any hope of even working to fix my read receipt/delivered options being gone from Messages? I do NOT want to use Google Messages. I hate it, and it doesn’t have read receipts for SMS/MMS anyhow, and I do NOT wanna use RCS coz no one I text uses RCS so Google Messages just switches back and forth. In short, Google Messages is not an option for me. Help! I am open to ANY suggestions on how to get my delivered/read/typing options back! :) Thanks!Solved249Views0likes2Comments
