1001 TopicsPLEASE IF YOU HAVE MOVED CHECK YOUR BILLS
This had been a crazy week. I reached out to T-Mobile on 2/6/24 to discuss why my bill was still rising after I removed a line and also removed a device protection from one of my lines. upon reviewing my bill, I noticed that they had taxes and fees for two addresses. Now this wouldn’t be an issue if I hadn’t updated my address upon moving to my new home, but I did. I learned that T-Mobile has been charging me an extra 33.34 every month for the past 4 years and 7 months which kind of totals up to 18 hundred and change. After speaking to them and disputing the charges they called me today on 2/9/24 and said that it was nothing they could do because some of the lines were still registered at my old address. Now the main issue is that the lines associated with my old address are all minors. However, I’m the account holder and every device has been shipped to my current home how is this possible? To tell me after 7 years of being a customer that there is nothing that can be done is absurd. Any advice or recommendations would be greatly appreciated. T-Mobile should be held accountable and not allowed to overcharge their customers.Solved341Views0likes4CommentsDisable personal hotspot on iPhone
I am looking to remove the personal hotspot feature on my child’s phone. There is a setting on the phone to turn it off but he can just turn it back on and use it whenever. When we had Verizon we called and they placed a block that didn’t allow him to even see it in settings. I tried calling T-Mobile support but they said that can’t do it. Can we do the same thing with T-Mobile?913Views1like5CommentsCarrier Lock iphone 15
I’ve recently upgraded from an iPhone 12 to an iPhone 15. While trying to transfer this new eSIM basically transferring the phone number and the cellular plan. I noticed my phone was SIM Locked in the Carrier lock in General settings. I was wondering if I needed to go to a T-mobile location and have them unlock my iPhone or if they could just do it online?Solved2.3KViews0likes9CommentsWorst customer service
Tmobile became the worst customer service carrier since they became TMobile USA. The original TMobile customer service was not bad at all. The TMobile USA has the worst, I mean, the worst of all customer service of all any other carriers. Once you ported your numbers out of TMobile, that’s it, they don’t want to help you. They find all kinds of excuses not being able to help you. They keep telling you to call this and that, and when you call them, they told you to go to Store, etc. they keep bouncing you around until you give up calling or inquiring. Plus once your service is not with TMobile any longer, you loose the online access to billing in order to update the billing address for the credit proration. I don’t know why people keep switching over to TMOBILE?6.1KViews25likes36CommentsGetting over charged by T-Mobile... and not getting any help!
Super frustrated….. went with my mom to upgrade our phones months ago and we went with the Go5G 55+ plan plus home internet and two new phones. Told we would be paying $144. Three whole billing cycles later and we are still paying $20 more than we should be. And T-Mobile has been charging us randomly outside of our billing due date. Went to a T-Mobile store and even they didn't know what was going on. It’s incredibly frustrating because we switched to all of this in order to save money and now we are paying more. And no one can give us any answers.6.8KViews7likes27CommentsWatch line is sending message blocking text
When I text message Android phones the receiver gets a text message from my Apple watch (which is paired with my Iphone) saying “Free Msg: Receiver unable to receive message - message blocking is active.” This only started happening a few days ago. I checked all my iPhone settings and my T-Mobile settings and all the blocking options are off. I also turned both watch and phone off and back on and unpaired the two but neither of those worked. Any ideas?368Views0likes1CommentSyncup tracker very low sound
Just got a the tracker and the sound on it is almost non-existent. It is bad enough that the map on the app show it being 100 yards or more away from its location but it also can’t be heard unless you are holding too your ear. Is there any way to turn it up?251Views0likes2CommentsMLB.TV Help Guide
