Re: T-Mobile's Community Updates
Hey Community! I haven’t been on here in a while, so I blew the digital dust off my account so I could hop on and say a few words. As HeavenM mentioned, I’ve taken another role within T-Mobile, and she’ll be managing the site now. I couldn’t be happier for her! This Community has been nothing short of amazing for me! I got to chat with a ton of intelligent and helpful people, and I’ll miss everyone that came here to help others and chat with me. What makes the Community a real Community, is everyone here, and I’ll never forget that. I love HeavensM’s passion for the Community, and I’m stoked to see the awesome new places she’ll take the site to. I’m so grateful for everyone I’ve worked with here, and all of those who continued to come here and make the Community special. I can’t express how appreciative I am to have been a part of this Community. It was a pleasure, and thank you all!27Views4likes0CommentsRe: finding wifi
TheCan't see or connect to Wi-Fi: T-Mobile Home Internet page has some helpful steps but this is kinda different with a Sleep Number device. You should still test connecting another device like a cell phone or computer to the Home Internet device to see if that works. If it does, there could be more troubleshooting that needs to be done with your Sleep Number device with their support team.9Views0likes0CommentsRe: disable text message blocking
We have a dedicated page for Message Blocking that can help. If you set it up using the phone's internal feature, use the Support Page and search your device followed by “message blocking”. You should be able to find the link for specific steps on how to do it for your phone.48Views1like0CommentsRe: Texts over Wifi
If you have the Pixel 6 5G, check out theWi-Fi calling: Google Pixel 6 5Gfor steps to make sure your wi-fi calling feature is turned on. If you’re connected to Wi-Fi and not services work, the troubleshooting needs to start with Wi-Fi instead of the phone settings.10Views0likes0CommentsRe: Coverage and signal keep changing
I’m showing legacy Sprint customers should have access to T-Mobile’s 5G network with a compatible 5G device. If it’s not working in a specific area, we’d like to see if it’s working in another 5G area. The end result is usually filing a service complaint network connections in that area with our Engineering team.7Views0likes0CommentsRe: Any reports from old Sprint customers forced to replace their phones?
Thanks for posting. The flip phone options is a bit tough for me to give a solution for. We’d have to see if/when other flip phones will be added to the line-up, but that’s something I can’t promise. WIth the plan, I’m not seeing that you’d have to change. If you’re looking to get another phone, and there’s a special offer that requires being on a certain plan, then you’d need to switch to a T-Mobile plan. You should still be able to purchase a T-Mobile branded phone, however, unlocked the device to be used with your Sprint SIM might still be something you need to do.11Views0likes0Comments
