Home internet not working after 1st month?

Paid the first month's bill, internet worked fine other than running out of internet and having to increase. My cycle just started yesterday and I still have no internet. I am on the lite plan bc 5g is not available in my area.  I pay a lot! I am very irritated,  I need this for my business!

    @GA-ProWashLLC If you have a Lite plan, your area is ready for 5G unlimited home internet (as you note). Maybe T-Mobile is not the service for you. Especially for a business you need a reliable service. Does AT&T or Verizon have service in your area?

    Or, have you tried to move the gateway to a better position near your cell tower? Did you use the T-Mobile Internet app to setup your gateway for the best signal? Here is a setup video that might help.
