battery issue
We have the in home internet and our tower says that the internal battery is not charging and at 0%. Could this be affecting our internet speed and do I need to replace the tower? The tower stays plu...
No it does not since the battery is only when you unplug and carry the router around the house for best signal. Once you have that figured out, the battery has no further use. Having said that, it is technically a hardware failure so you might as well ask for a replacement as long as you are willing to do setup again.
