HOw to contct customer service abroad????
I am in Argentina. Supposedly I would get free roaming for Data and text. But it did not work at all through operator MOvistar. Called the 1 800 number and talked for 2 hours. THey made me change so...
When you are abroad there is a special number you are supposed to call for support (+1-505-998-3793). This is a free call from any T-Mobile phone, either on the cellular network or using WiFi Calling. When I consider all the things that have to work just right for international roaming to work, it amazes me that it works at all. I always recommend that international travelers have a backup plan for everything, including communications. In case you are not aware, the economy of Argentina is on the brink of collapse. There could be some financial reason that roaming is not working. (Just a WAG)
