In Egypt, no roaming while it is supported
Hello,
I bought a prepaid sim card in Atlanta. I used it for some time (calls and data). Then, I traveled to Egypt expecting that it will work since Egypt is a supported country in international roaming. However, I didn't receive the welcome message nor is there any signal. I am in a location where I am sure T-Mobile should be supported. I can't make calls to T-Mobile, and they don't have any live support or even email. What can I do?
Prepaid roaming is very hit or miss. Your device needs to be compatible with the roaming partbers network to have any chance of working.
