5G Gateway does not have admin features for Business accounts
I have a business internet gateway and I cannot make any changes on my device. Here is the reason, this dmb 5G Gateway now requires the app to make changes but if I try to use the app, I will receive...
There is no option whatsoever to login. This is a well known issue...but for a business account it is even worse since we cannot use the app as I explained. If i try using the app it will tell me I need to use the account hub, in the account hub there is no option to manage the gateway, if I click on support it asks me to talk to my account reps who knows even less than I do...
Same problem. The T Life app seems to be useless for business customers. For anything beyond being subjected to ads, it has us go to the account hub which seems to be purely account management (at least its accurately named).
