Poor Customer Support for Business Customer
I am writing as a small business owner wanting to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the recent business customer service and technical support I have received from T-Mobile. I have billing issues that need to be addressed and corrected and phone problems (from my recent replacement/insurance claim). My phone issues are restricting me from resolving these issues with the representative and preventing me from performing work-related tasks. As a business customer, I rely on T-Mobile's services to support my operations. However, the lack of timely and effective assistance has significantly impacted my business. I hope that this complaint will be taken seriously, and that T-Mobile will take immediate steps to improve its business customer service and technical support.
