I had been a business account customer for over 10 years, the customer service at stores had started deteriorating, it came to a point that in order to upgrade I had spent on 3 separate days over 11 hours and no luck. I switched to ATT but the transition was terrible, T mobile kidnapped my lines and did not release them, so I called and they confirmed everything was fine (I was still being charged another month because of their "confusion") and so I believed, then another month goes by and I received another charge from T-Mobile, because the only had released 2 of my lines, and again they said there was a system error. So again, they charged me 3 extra months without me using their service, I went to BBB but to my surprise they are not registered. What a way to treat customers, I am so disappointed, how they made a change so notable for the WORST.48Views0likes0Comments
