Poor Customer Support for Business Customer

I am writing as a small business owner wanting to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the recent business customer service and technical support I have received from T-Mobile. I have billing issues that need to be addressed and corrected and phone problems (from my recent replacement/insurance claim). My phone issues are restricting me from resolving these issues with the representative and preventing me from performing work-related tasks. 

As a business customer, I rely on T-Mobile's services to support my operations. However, the lack of timely and effective assistance has significantly impacted my business.

I hope that this complaint will be taken seriously, and that T-Mobile will take immediate steps to improve its business customer service and technical support. I would appreciate a prompt response to this matter.

  • As someone that has/uses T-Mobile Business, I'd recommend that you call the T-Mobile Business support line.  This is a 'customer/public forum', not a support line.

    T-Mobile for Business may be able to help - but for issues like coverage, I'm doubtful, as there has been no help for me with this on Business.

  • I have to agree with CoachNycole. I sent an email to both my “Sales account Executive”james.romarino-schimmel@t-mobile.com as well as BusinessCare@t-mobilesupport.com about a week ago with no response. I’ll add that I also called customer service where the agent was very polite, however, I had to wait about 5 hours to get a call back. Not only that after I received the call back the agent tried very sincerely to help me (which I am very grateful for) but after she told me she would have to transfer my call I than waited an additional 20 minutes before asking if I could receive another call back from the proper department. I was told to give her 5 more minutes and if she was unable to get me through should would set up a call back 10 minutes later she never came back.
