MESH Extender - Solid White Light

I called T-Mobile and told them I worked through all of the troubleshooting for the Mesh EXT. He told me to just take to my local store and have them replace the Mesh Ext with a new unit. Which they did and it is working flawlessly,….for now 😏

Hey there. Is there any indicator or error in the T-Life app about your Mesh Access Point? Our Home Internet Plus | T-Mobile 5G Home Internet page has a lot of great information about setting up and resetting the mesh device. The troubleshooting flows are quick and easy to follow and then they provide the contact information for the best team to help with the mesh.
