devices not eligible
So I baught a Samsung S22 Ultra on amazon. And my sister send it to me out here in the Pacific. But the problem is that the phone is still locked with its carrier. I am not sure if its paid off or...
To be eligible.for a SIM unlock for a device SIM locked to T-Mobile. The original purchaser must be a T-Mobile USA customer and their account and device must meet all of the SIM Unlock Policy requirements.

You could always take it to your local cellphone repair shop to see if they have a service you could purchase to have them SIM unlock it for.you.
That link will state if there's a balance on the phone if Tmobile sold the phone.
