Home address doesn’t qualify TMHI
This is weird. It’s been over a year since I signed up for TMHI when they emailed me about my address being supported. It’s been running great, but when the new TLife App location address was blank i plugged in my address. Then it tells me my location is not supported and my service may be an issue! Huh? TMHI is the one that said it was and I’m a customer over a year now. What’s going on?RPA37 minutes agoChannel Chaser3Views0likes0CommentsDid not pay off Verizon as Promised
Has anyone else experienced something similar? Back in March, my husband and I decided to switch over from Verizon to T-Mobile. We figured it’d be way better spending $160/mon than over $320 a month for both our lines combined. My husband and I were on separate plans at that time. I was told that I’d get up to $600 trade-in credit for my phone AND, if I sent my final bill in to T-Mobile, they’d pay off my remaining balance in the form of a gift card (electronic). Well, I never received any follow-up letters or an email from T-mobile stating that I had been credited. First, they will only give me like $100 for my LG wing, which was new, no more than a year ago (so much for $600). Now, My final bill for Verizon was over $500 - they didn’t cover but half of it, so I still am out of pocket when i told them I wasn’t switching over unless they could guarantee they’d pay off my full final bill and they said there’d be no problem. On top of that, we live in the middle of the city. My husband works in the city, and very rarely do we have full bars. Maybe 1-2, even though the coverage map states we should have full coverage. 5X better than Verizon, yeah right. I almost wish I hadn’t switched to T-Mobile at this point. PUtting me in a negative financial situation after being promised I wouldn’t be and after clearly explaining to the Verizon rep that I needed them to pay off my full Verizon bill because I wouldn’t have the money to pay them over $300 and also pay my new T-mobile bill. What the hell am I to do?LKadavy2 hours agoNewbie Caller2.9KViews3likes12CommentsWHAT ON EARTH IS WRONG WITH THE PHILIPPINES CALL CENTER? and why is T-Mobile fielding all calls out to them??
The Philippines call center is a complete waste of the customers time because they are untrained, have zero access to a customers account, do not have a clue about technology, and to compensate for this, when one asks to speak with a supervisor they lie and put on one of their colleagues who pretends to be a supervisor, even though they are not. WHO ELSE ON THIS ‘COMMUNITY’ HAS EXPERIENCED THIS? along with the inability to reach any customer service people in the United States?? After using T-Mobile for several years I am seriously thinking of going to Verizon even though they are more expensive, at least I won’t have to waste so, so much of my time with the Philippines call center that know nothing about t-mobile or technology. I would appreciate some feedback from others who have experienced the same. Thank you.CJG2 hours agoTransmission Trainee4.8KViews8likes17CommentsChange phone number associated with syncup watch.
Due a system error when i got my daughters watch (609), i had to return the original one and get a new line (640) and watch. I returned the original watch and tmobile accidentally cancelled the new line (640) associated with the working watch. They were able to connect the working watch to the original line (609) but the app still has the 640 line associated with the watch and I need the 609 line connected to the account. Will unpairing and repairing work?Blp10242 hours agoVisitor3Views0likes0CommentsProject 10 Million Device Discount
Hello, I got signed up with Project 10 Million and got the hotspot. I know we were also eligible for discounted devices, but I am not able to find any information on how to take advantage of that offer. I got an email stating “Track your usage, manage your account, and purchase up to five discounted devices at t-mo.co/P10M.” But when I go to that link, it just takes me to my account page, with no info on discounted devices. Any advise? Thanks in advance!864Views0likes1Comment5g home internet - some sites won't load
My big gray cylinder 5G Home internet has good signal and works reliably. But some percent of websites I visit simply refuse to load via the TMo 5g device, yet they work fine if I use my Verizon cellphone data, or a coaxial cable modem (which I have not canceled service on yet). I am guessing it’s either a DNS issue between my Mac and the T-Mobile cylinder (eg: settings requiring technical help or updates), or a problem in the T-Mo network that is blocking some sites. After spending too many hours on the phone already with Tmo tech support for 5G Home, I am not excited about the prospect of engaging on the phone again. It takes too long, and the agents need more training and support. Has anyone experienced and solved this issue? Do you have technical insights? Is there actual written documentation somewhere that I could access? Thank you. (Honestly Tmo, you need to rethink your support infrastructure for 5G Home.)15KViews4likes84CommentsSpring is in the air and so is the dust.
1 MIN READ Spring cleaning doesn’t have to feel like a chore—especially when your phone becomes your ultimate cleaning companion. One of the simplest yet most effective ways to stay motivated is by turning up the tunes. Create a high-energy playlist or stream your favorite upbeat music to keep your spirits high and your feet moving as you tackle dust bunnies and clutter. Music transforms the atmosphere and helps time fly, making scrubbing the bathtub or reorganizing the closet feel more like a dance party than a duty. Beyond setting the vibe, your phone is also your personal organizer during spring cleaning season. Use list-making apps like Google Keep, Todoist, or Apple Reminders to break down tasks room by room, so nothing gets forgotten. And for that extra edge? Use your phone’s camera to snap “before and after” photos. Not only does it help you see your progress (which is incredibly motivating), but it also serves as a visual checklist of what still needs attention. With your phone in hand, spring cleaning becomes smarter, more efficient, and maybe even a little fun. In 2017, I signed up for a 55+ rate plan with the assurance that my monthly rate was price-locked for life. This incentive was a primary reason that I switched from AT&T to T-Mobile. Now, T-Mobile is trying to raise my monthly rate by $10.00. When I spoke to their customer service people this morning they told me that there was nothing that they could do to fix the problem. I also noted that they changed all of the marketing information on their web site to delete all references to the price-lock guarantee which I was offered when I set up the account. We need to find a way to complain loudly to T-Mobile about this breach of contract and breach of trust. If we do nothing, they will raise our rates again in the future. Let’s fight back. Thanks for listening.WFREYVOGEL6 hours agoRoaming Rookie34KViews113likes162Comments
