Same happened to me I sent out my iPhone in August 2024. We are in January 26, 2025 have not received anything paid at the deductible of 108$ they still charge me 650 out of my account gave me the runaround they don’t answer my calls. They said they’re gonna call me back. Nothing has been done and lawsuit please join me because I’m ready for this insurance for three years and December 2024 don’t give your money to this insurance really bad. They don’t do their job and they don’t even call you back.
