I’ve spent 6 hour on the phone and the store with T Mobile - worse customer service. Watch still doesn’t have cellular!!! I cancelled my watch service because of it. I was withAT&T for years without a problem, as soon as my contract is up I’m going back! Sure, a little more expensive but they know what they are doing, it’s worth it to me! I can’t and won’t recommend T Mobile to anyone.231Views2likes1Commentt-mobile iphone ps remote play
is there a reason why I am unable to play PS Remote Play on iPhone on the T-Mobile network but android works just fine? I have iPhone 15 pro max iOS 18. It’s not right for android not have to pay for VPN to use PlayStation remote play, but Apple users do on T-Mobile network! is there anyone ever going to fix this issue cause it’s been years or does nobody care?152Views0likes1CommentAssurant Nightmare!!!! Stay Away from this company.
Ok I filed a claim for My iPhone 15 pro max. Paid the Deductible and sent back the damaged phone. Keep a photo of the tracking. All of a sudden an 800.00 charge shows up for Non-returned device. After Getting a T-Mobile rep on the phone they put me on a three way call with Assurant. Low and behold they did receive the phone!!!!The T-Mobile Rep. tells me they put a hold on my account to wait two billing cycles to remove it. (How cant they take it off right then and there is ridiculous) Then T-Mobile takes 414.00 out of my account two weeks later. After calling T-Mobile AGAIN and I was told the First rep didn’t do what he was supposed to due and I would have to wait 18 days for T-mobile to reverse the charge. Funny how they can take my money and it takes 18 days to put it back. I then made sure I deleted all form of payment methods off my account to block any more shenanigan's from T-Mobile’s Flunkeys. Now I have to wait till I can get return calls from T-Mobile to, I guess check that things are being fixed and my 414.00 is returned.Moral of the Story….DO NOT USE ASSURANT!!!!!!109Views0likes0CommentsText history log not reflecting actual text log on phone

I have to reconnect to my WiFi.. why is that??? Didn’t do that until this happened with the account being disabled31Views0likes0CommentsiPad Apps
Is anyone else having issues with both the T-Mobile and T-Life app loading? I fell asleep while waiting for both to load AFTER I reinstalled with to only wake to them still “Authenticating”? I started the login roughly 12 hours before this screenshot. This was on my iPad, Gen-7.25Views0likes0CommentsTrade in Iphone
So, I recently decided to trade in my iPhone 11 for the iPhone 14 Plus. They sent me the materials to mail it in, and I followed the instructions. The only issue I'm having is with the shipping label. I thought the label they sent was for the package, but I went to two different places, and they told me it was just my home address label. I'm not sure what to do because I need to send this phone back as soon as possible. I checked the website and found information in the contact and support section about printing a shipping label, but nothing happened when I tried to print it out. Does anyone have any suggestions on what I should do? This is my first time doing a trade-in.59Views0likes0Comments
