December update and feature drop for Pixel 9
I am still waiting for the updates to be available for my Pixel 9. How many of you are in the same boat as me? 😃
My guess is the 10th. The updates are usually released on a Tuesday.

Thanks for responding. Google has already released it on the 5th and some folks already got it. It is a staggered release therefore is released in batches. I am curious as to who on T-mobile got it or is still waiting like me.
My guess is is that everyone on T-Mobile is waiting because this happens every 3 months with every single feature drop. T-Mobile will hold this back for at least one week if not longer because that's what happens every single time.
T-Mobile has no impact on when those updates arrive. They come directly from Google.
T-Mobile absolutely has a say on when the updates arrive. That's why there's actually a T-Mobile build on the Pixel OTA website. My guess is, in their testing, T-Mobile found something that didn't work right and sent it back to Google to get it fixed before they released it. This happens with almost every single feature drop update. So, what you're saying, is 100% verifiably false.
I've read that also and I buy my Pixels direct through Google but I have an 8 so my guess is that the 9 series were the first to get it which is fine because if there's any bugs then they can fix it.
