On my Ps4 certain games (call of duty games like warzone) are saying I have a strict nat type and I can’t connect to data center I already contacted the developers of the game and their telling me to contact tmobile which I already did and they said they can’t fix the issue. I tried to book an airline ticket through T-Mobile Travel. I entered all my information and waited and waited. Finally, I got a message onscreen saying the transaction had failed to go through. So I refilled out the information again. This time the system approved the transaction. Then I got two emails confirming the purchase of TWO airline tickets. I called T-Mobile immediately to reverse one of the charges. T-Mobile operators do not know anything about T-Mobile Travel. The only way to contact them is through their chatbot! The called 4 timers today leaving messages asking me to return their call. When you dial the number they called from a voice prompt asks for the extension number, which they don't give out. So a phone company won't let you call the back. I wasted over 6 hours trying to resolve this problem today. I used the chat function on T-Mobile's Travel website. I kept asking the agent to talk to a supervisor. They would not tell me their name, what country they were working from, or how to file a formal complaint. I switched my internet services from Xfinity to T-Mobile to streamline everything into one plan. During my research, I discovered that T-Mobile was offering promotions for switching and enrolling in auto-pay, which I found appealing. I opted for the Free Amazon Fire TV 2 series promotion, understanding that to qualify, I had to remain a customer for at least 60 days and submit my documents within 30 days. I met all these requirements. On March 17, 2025, I received an email from T-Mobile stating it was time to redeem my offer. I meticulously followed every step detailed in the email. Two critical instructions were to click on the pink "Redeem Now" button to access the proper Amazon site and to complete my order without leaving the checkout page, or else my promo code would expire. I entered the promotion code as instructed, but received an error message stating it was not valid. I did not navigate away from the page at any point. At 10:30 AM, I called T-Mobile for assistance. They instructed me to try entering the code without dashes, which did not work. T-Mobile's response was frustratingly inadequate; they told me to call Amazon, claiming they were responsible for the promotional codes. I was then given Amazon's phone number, which began a frustrating cycle. Connecting with a human representative at Amazon was nearly impossible, akin to searching for the fountain of youth. When I finally reached someone, they directed me back to T-Mobile. I called T-Mobile again, but was sent back to Amazon. During this process, three representatives hung up on me while attempting to assist, leaving me without clear answers. I decided to try Amazon's chat support, but after speaking to three different agents, each one transferred me to another without notice, forcing me to repeat my issue continually. I called T-Mobile again, and an agent transferred me to tech support without warning. Fortunately, Jennifer in tech support was the only one who truly attempted to help and went above and beyond to find a resolution. Unfortunately, she informed me that her managers insisted I contact Amazon once more. She assured me she would call back on March 18, 2025, to continue working on a solution. This entire ordeal lasted from 10:30 AM until 1:30 PM, entirely due to the lack of training and knowledge among representatives from both T-Mobile and Amazon regarding their promotions and procedures. Additionally, the language barrier with Amazon's chat and phone representatives made this situation even more challenging. While I respect their work, it was frustrating to resolve such a straightforward issue. At this stage, I expect a resolution with Jennifer's help, as Amazon has shown little willingness to assist, merely stating they would escalate the matter without ensuring follow-up. If I do not get a satisfactory resolution, I will switch services and avoid Amazon in the future. This is not about impacting their business; it’s about demanding the level of care and gratitude a customer deserves. This is all after dealing with at least 12 CS reps with 3 hanging up when I was put on hold. I call Tmobile number for customer service to unblock my phone (IPHONE 12 PRO MAX in May19,2025, they told that i have to wait 72 hours for this to be process, at they number 4th,(May 22nd) I call again an after back in foward with customer services they they told, that they have to Escalate this ticket, I have tgo wait another 72 hours, for this to be complete, that they will call me back, once again I call on Saturday 25th to follow up, they told some step to preform to manually unlock my phone, all of this fail... they connect to apple tech, where i speere 3 hours try to fix this issue, with not result... Call may time to Tmobile... same information give to me, none of the step work... even search with apple the say that mybe an un block from the isurance company... I call tmobile the tranferme to assurance with is the insurance carrier for tmobile.They told that the phone when it was replace the lock that phone, an is not posobilte to unblock the phone, I can olnly used it with tmobile or return to them, because that phone belong to them, because i only have 14 days after I received the replacement to do the unlock, an this phone at the time of the claim was on intallment poayment with tmobile, plus I pay for the deductible top recive my phone...and now that it pay on full I can do any with my phone. I call today with it is May 27,2025, they call today first call that the have anothe agent working on this, later on the agen call and told me to perform more step on the phone, that onces again fail.. after that I did ask for a manager after an hour, they will call me back with the GREAT NEWS THAT I HAVE TO WAIT NOW 7 DAY FOR MY PHONE TO BE UNLOCK!!!!!!!!!!! I SPEND MY MONEY PAYING ON THE PHONE AND INSURANCE FOR THIS PHONE FOR 3 YEAR, NOW TURN THAT WHEN YOU GET A REPLACEMNET PHONE BELONG TO THE INSURANCE, BEETWEEN TMOBILE, ASSURANCE THE STILL DROPING THE BALL, NO ONE HELP... So it started with I changed my phone plan on 11/21. After that I upgraded my phones on 11/29. On January 29th they ended my Promo EIP which is 800 dollars spread over 2 years. My plan went up 32 dollars per month. I talked to T-Mobile and they said their is nothing they will do, not can do. They basically have committed Fraud by taking my phones without paying for them, nor will they return them. I have filed a complaint with FCC and my state attorney. Their will be a class action lawsuit if TMobile will not return my phones or give me my 800 dollars EIP either or. Please everyone talk to FCC and file complaints. Corporate VPNs are now being impacted by the G4AR and G4SE models, of which were once known as formerly compatible models with the VPN. My understanding is the MTU size on other models, such as the Sagecom FAST 5688W, were not compatible with corporate VPNs due to their lower MTU size. The G4SE was always hit or miss, but the G4AR had a track record of 100% success. As of mid-May 2025, we have multiple reports that neither is working for multiple people. Our corporate VPN MTU size remains unchanged. Was there a recent update? I've been unable to access my Comcast e-mail for the last few days when I'm on the T-Mobile 5g network. I keep getting a message that there is a log in error due to a temporarily blacklisted IP address. I have no problem accessing my email when I'm on my home wi-fi or any other wi-fi network, for that matter. Xfinity said it wasn't their problem because it works while on wi-fi.
