Hello sir i have an issue with esim locked
Hello Sir,
I hope you are doing well. I am writing to request your assistance in removing the eSIM lock on my iPhone 15 Pro Max.
Below are the IMEI numbers for your reference:
IMEI 1: 353210483130785
IMEI 2: 353210483192876
I would appreciate your help in unlocking the eSIM so I can use it freely.
Thank you very much for your support.
Best regards,
Michael

The primary IMEI is blocked, which makes it ineligible for a SIM unlock, even if the device is SIM locked to T-Mobile. You can't just SIM unlock an eSIM. Even if ut wasn't blocked and if it is a T-Mobile USA locked device. Your account and device would have to meet all of the SIM Unlock Policy requirements.

Are you a T-Mobile USA customer ? If not, no one can help you.
