- All phone calls are recorded - by them, you won't have access to them. I recommend stating at the start that you are ALSO recording the call. The tone will change.
- Write to the BBB. You will have a higher level than manager/supervisor at T-Mobile.
- Decide if you want to cancel and go somewhere else.
