why is there no email i can contact instead of using phone?
I have a question about a recent order and why it was never shipped to me or it was and then got returned for some reason?

You can either give Customer Care a call at 611 or reach out to T-Mobile via Facebook or Twitter to find out what happened with your order. No one on this forum has access to your account as this is primarily a peer help forum for T-Mobile Customers with very little moderation from T-Mobile.
