Terrible internet service with no support.
Ohhhh man, I have been dealing with bad internet service since I got the Gateway over a year ago. There’s no local service to assist with this service or lack of. I’ve called to troubleshoot easily 1...
My advice is to call during the early part of the day so that you get your call center and less likely to get Global Care. The Customer Care expert can then transfer you to someone in tech.
