I live in MA and I set up home internet for my 80 year old mother in Texas. She ended up not using the internet so she tried to take the gateway back to the store to return it. They said I needed to ...
It was my understanding that they wouldn't accept it.It irritates me that even though I cancelled it they still tried taking a payment from my bank account.Thank you
