Canceling Internet?
I live in MA and I set up home internet for my 80 year old mother in Texas. She ended up not using the internet so she tried to take the gateway back to the store to return it. They said I needed to call customer support (which I did a few days ago) and cancel the internet over the phone and then they’ll email a shipping label that we can then take back to the store. Seems overly complicated, but okay. How long does it take to receive that email, the internet already shows canceled in my services, but I haven’t received any confirmation or shipping label?176Views1like4Comments
