Pihole not possible?
I am trying to use pihole with this modem, model KVD21, but there is no option to log in anywhere even though there is a user ID and password on the modem itself. What do I do?
To manage the Arcadyan Gateway you have to download and use the T-Mobile home internet app from the respective phone store. There is no admin access via the web GUI anymore.

What type of phone do you have. If it is an Apple go to the Apple App Store and just search for T-Mobile home internet. If it is an android just go to that App Store. I would not side load outside the App Store. The application icon has the T and a wave symbol.
I found two apps but I still can't get in. Do you have a link?
