outage?

We seem to have an internet outage at zip 55340.  Can someone confirm?

What device are you using?  Did you purchase it from T-Mobile or is it a BYOD?

Edit:  I checked Down Detector.  Nothing reported and no outages currently. Have you tried powering off your device fully for 5 full minutes to allow your device to refresh its connection to the network?

Not sure where you mean by eastern Virginia.  I am in Hampton and service is working fine.
