Individual Device Data Useage
I see my Data Usage and each month since I installed my Gateway(4 months ago) my Data Usage has increased drastically? Also my Speed has severely dropped this past month to where it’s 1/10th or mor...
Also, while using the T-Mobile Home Internet app, tap on the “DEVICES” link at the bottom of the screen. Do you have more than 3-4 devices attached? Look at the MAC address, do they match your devices? If there are any anomalies you may need to change your password.
