All of a sudden I am unable to schedule or turn off any of the decides on my home network. I cannot create a schedule it says “device update failed. Please try again”. It says the same thing if I ...

Just for clarification, do you have home devices like Google nest thermostats and Blink cameras? Do they work? Do you have tablets and phones, do they work? Same with smart TVs? Do some devices work? Trying to diagnose a problem it is good to breakdown the issue to smaller chance.
When you look at your T-Mobile internet app, what does your “Connection quality” read?
Tap on the “Network” link at the bottom. Do you see your network?
Tap on the “Devices” link at the bottom, do you see your devices connected?
