As for Xfinity go to a store and see if they can get you a better deal, that's what I did with Cox cable.
@JoeO hopefully some of the 5G towers are owned by T-Mobile.
You can use https://www.cellmapper.net/ to find T-Mobile 5G towers in your area.
If you have roughly line of sight you should be good. I have had TM Home Internet for over 1 year and have had 1-2 down times when they were upgrading switches at the tower.
