USB tethering with Franklin T10 hotspot
I started a new line with a Franklin T10 hotspot. My plan was to use it as a backup internet connection for the house, since I work from home and my ISP is less than stable. I’d like to set up the dual WAN function on the router and just leave the device plugged in to the USB port. The device works great for wifi (mifi) usage, but I cannot get USB tethering to work. I’ve made sure the USB option is enabled in the settings, and I’ve tried plugging it into Windows and Mac laptops, and directly into the router. Anyone else found success using USB tethering with this device?
franklin t10 from sprint to tmobile
I’ve had the Ft10 for several months watching many movies and computer internet never using up the .49 gb (500mb plan per month) Now that we have been forced off the reliable sprint network onto tmobile the Ft10 has suddenly started using enormous amounts of data tm upgrades the plan and yet it’s using data line NEVER before in the 8 months plus use Recently they upgraded me to the 10 gb plan but without EVER answering why the sudden data increase Sprint sold me the device saying it would never use up the 500mb and it never has until the promised “no changes” in the switch to T-Mobile it’s always had a tmobile sim I suspect there switch altered/CHANGED the data usage GIVE ME BACK WHAT EE HAD!!! and why can’t I check the data usage on the Ft10 via the web or the app??!!?? I can check the usage on my two iPhones but not the hotspot??!!??

One bar signal usually and drops to zero bars if you turn your head then drops the call. I may have to research other carriers if their price is right and leave T-Mobile. I do not want to return to Verizon ever. I have thought about buying a repeater for my house. I am not sure if I want to go that route just yet.
Horrible Customer service
This is a rant on Tmobile customer service. To make this quick... I go into a T-mobile branch to cancel a line and they tell me it has to be done over the phone. makes no sense the very best way to verify identification in person to cancel a line they don't let you... OK fine I call to cancel a line on my plan. They make such a big fuss about my T-mobile Pin and primary user needs to cancel the line not "authorized users"... YET authorized users can, buy phones , open a lines yet can't cancel a line they themselves opened. Tell me how I can go through the app cancel my line.. Did they ask for any form of identification?? NO! Did they ask me for my pin?? NO! I was asked to verify anything whatsoever?? NO! Great job T-mobile you are doing great! Please tell me how this makes sense.. on top of ALL of this!! I requested to cancel my line BEFORE the new month started and they tell me I have to wait till next billing cycle!! I hope a T-mobile manager reads this because they really need to work on the policies.Illegal Business Practices
Do not switch from another company to this company. They DO NOT cover the existing bill from your company if you owe on your phone. They are taught to lie to you and say they cover up to 800. They will only reimburse you!!! Which means you will pay for 2 bills every month.

Samsung S21 Signal boost
Is there someway to use and external antenna or some system settings to boost the signal to a Samsung S21? The signal from T-mobile at my work office is poor and unreliable and I'm looking for some way to improve it. I have the T-Mobile 5g home internet with the TMO-G4AR modem and daily my 2 wired connections (using two different ports) disconnect. As soon as I reboot the modem the devices come back online. no issues with wireless connected devices. Is this a common problem? very frustrating since parts of my home security is connected wired to the modem.
