Illegal Business Practices
Do not switch from another company to this company. They DO NOT cover the existing bill from your company if you owe on your phone. They are taught to lie to you and say they cover up to 800. They will only reimburse you!!! Which means you will pay for 2 bills every month.
Exactly. I was not told that until I already made the switch. That is why this company currently has a class civil lawsuit because the company has shady business practices. I wish I would’ve did more research before switching. This company has been horrible and I haven’t even been with T-Mobile for a full month yet. I will be switching back to Verizon and I encourage everyone else to go to Verizon too.
Verizon can stuff it up their ass.

You still need to pay off the previous carrier then T-Mobile will send you a check after the paperwork is approved .
