Prepaid $200 VISA is a joke

I too would join in a class action suit.  Switched to t-mobile internet, promotion for $200 prepaid card was offerred in Oct 2024.  After multiple calls to customer service, no response on when the card if it even exists will arrive.  It's been over 60 days.  This needs to be on social media and in the news because they have no problem collecting my monthly payment, but obviously an issue with integrity.

I agree because I got the link today but when i try to enter my info it says unable to validate info. Then customer service says wait 7-10 days make that make sense. 

I would love to join you and know others. It time that we as consumer, put  a stop to the false and misleading advertisements.  I have went thru every process necessary to obtain results.  Only to be given the run around by T Moble. Every form of social media will be receiving a post from me at I won't stop until justice is done. This isn't a threat, it's a promise.
