TMOG4AR Gateway

How do I go about replacing my T-Mobile Arcadian gateway with the newer TMOG4AR gateway?

    @NYJack according to a few articles about the new T-Mobile gateway, they will only be available for new customers. But, nothing prevents you from boxing yours up, walking into your local T-Mobile store and ask for an exchange.

@NYJack, “I tried adding an additional router but have found that to interfere with the Wi-Fi coming from the gateway, giving me slower speeds, even with them separated by about 3 feet which I believe is recommended.”

My understanding is that one should turn off the TMO gateway’s Wi-Fi when a router is conected to the gateway.
