I am experiencing the same issues. We just switched over to T-mobile 5g wireless interent as AT&T was terminating their cable interent service in our business park area. They were the only ones with hardlines to our buildings. and AT&T refused to install fiber for us.
We have personally been with T-Mobile for 20+ years and having to switch to a wireless internet option, we persued T-Mobile instead of AT&T.
The fact that business owners, using a a T-Mobile for Business account cannot use the T-Life app OR have access to the admin router settings is upsetting.
Please fix this T-mobile, or tell us the work around.
