New Gateway Not on 5G, Only LTE
Hello all, Don’t know what everyone’s experience is with the new Arcadyan gateway (G4AR & SE), but I just swapped out my old gateway that was power-cycling itself and got this one as a replacemen...
I was having the save issue, T mobile even sent me our a new router, but I was still having the same problem. I eventually just unplugged the router for about 5 mins. Once I plugged it back in I did a factory reset. Once I sent it back up... everything seemed back to normal, for now!
Yeah, I ended up taking the new gateway back to the store and exchanged for the older black tower gateway and now everything works fine. The new one just hates 5G.
