My t-mobile experience has been nothing less than the worst experience of my life, and all I wanted was the lime green iPhone 15 here is my night mare timeline. Inquired about service looked at phones plans but was told they couldn't get the color I wanted, no biggie I told them I could go to the apples store and get it if I decided to switch. Went to the apple store a month later to get the phone and start service couldn't provide a 2 factor authorization cause I had an open account (without why permission of knowledge) Visited the scoff where my account was created assistant manager explained it was called a fraudulent account. confronted the store manager who denied a fraud account. stuck me with a phone 14 I did'nt want because I had ended my service with my previous phone company and told me that was all I was able go get. Entire phone plan was called in and deleted by the store who had made the fraud account had go and have my services reinstated they had canceled. Store manager calls me and tells me I should trade my phone in and end service altogether Found out I could ge the 15 store would'nt trade in on the last day it could 611 told me for all my problems I would receive free internet fort a year send me the box its not free all this for just an iPhone 15 green that I wanted. If I was paid for the time I have spent on this is would be able got outright buy 6 iPhones. I would go out on a limb and say I rather have 73 back to back colonoscopies than deal with this company who just can'g seem to get t togetherrfischer5 hours agoVisitor9Views0likes0CommentsDIGITS app is unusable due to constant "connecting to DIGITS" pop-up messages
I opened the digits app for the first time in a couple months, and the out is completely unusable. There is a ”Connecting to DIGITS..." banner that keeps popping in and out just below the header section. This makes it nearly impossible to select anything, or perform any actions. Is it just me? Any fixes or work arounds? Why can I not login to the G4SE gatway with the username (admin) and password listed on the device? All I get is an info page that showes the status. I would like to change the wifi name and password. I was also under the impression I could manage the gateway with the TMobile app. It just shows the status also and does not allow for any management options. Am I missing something?Solvedchaswest19 hours agoRoaming Rookie1.8KViews2likes6CommentsHome internet and Samsung TV keeps disconnecting
Every single morning I have to restart my gateway for my Samsung smart tv to connect to the WiFi. My phone and everything else seems to stay connected and work but the TV won’t stay connected. Any ideas or should I just switch back to spectrum?tweed710 hours agoNewbie Caller10KViews7likes17CommentsInternational pass call/text policies

While in Cambodia, can I send/receive calls/text to both US numbers and Cambodian numbers without incurred charges. Apparently, T-Mobile sunsetted all first generation SyncUp Tracker devices without providing notifications to T-Mobile customers. The devices just quit working one day because they were no longer compatible with T-Mobile's T-Life application and the T-Mobile network. The old devices cannot be successfully onboarded. According to various T-Mobile technical support representatives I spoke with, any customer having a SyncUp Tracker first generation device with an active line of service is eligible to receive a SyncUp Tracker 2 device at no charge. The replacement process has been gruelingly frustrating. I have made multiple trips to various T-Mobile stores and have left empty-handed after assurances from T-Mobile store associates that the process would be straight forward. Lots of broken promises by T-Mobile at the store level and by T-Mobile phone support agents. I filed a warranty claim on a non-working first generation SyncUp Tracker device only to be sent another, non-functioning first generation device as a replacement. This has occurred twice in one week. Both obsolete first generation devices were returned to T-Mobile. I am about to attempt the warranty exchange process for a third time. I have been on hold for over 51 minutes waiting for a T-Mobile telephone support agent to answer. Long hold times have become another enduring T-Mobile standard operating procedure for many months.Auditory17 hours agoNewbie Caller55Views0likes2Comments
