I call to Report my 15 Year Old Sons Phone " With Insurance " I was Told Don't Worry we will send you a Email. 5 Day's go by No Email. I call again 611 and explain about the previous Call, Don't Worry I can Help All the Lady was the Holliday Weekend and taking longer for the Shipping, Then I think I am Giving my Card Info for Shipping. No one said anything about $ 49.00 AGI TMO Service Fee. I thought I was Talking to T Mobile and This was Covered by the Insurance that I pay 14 dollars Monthly.Solved73Views0likes4Comments
