Removing Phillipines call centers for U.S.A. customer service

I'd like for t mobile corp to provide USA based support centers phone numbers, 

  If any at tmobile read this. 

  • Good luck. Paying outsourced employees reduced wages per hour saves companies such as T-Mobile beaucoup amounts of money. Additionally, according to a T-Mobile Executive Team CEO representative I spoke with, T-Mobile has made a deliberate effort to steer customers away from speaking with live agents and towards a reliance upon automated support to decrease the demand for human customer service, tech support and billing agents. Perhaps this is why typical hold times to reach a T-Mobile phone support representative routinely exceed 30 minutes.

    To add to the list of deception or conflicts in Andriod, t mobiles "device manger " sent 1700 packets, yet battery usage details say zero CPU usage,  impossible and screenshot captured it.. guessing this is why screenshot are disabled at times, another security concern for proof of errors,  corruption, displaying 5G with chrome displaying No Internet" 

        Called , was on hold for 2 hours  battery zeroed out 

     And I guess I should check with a non tmobile device to see if this actually is being displayed
