One bar signal usually and drops to zero bars if you turn your head then drops the call. I may have to research other carriers if their price is right and leave T-Mobile. I do not want to return to Verizon ever. I have thought about buying a repeater for my house. This is a rant on Tmobile customer service. To make this quick... I go into a T-mobile branch to cancel a line and they tell me it has to be done over the phone. makes no sense the very best way to verify identification in person to cancel a line they don't let you... OK fine I call to cancel a line on my plan. They make such a big fuss about my T-mobile Pin and primary user needs to cancel the line not "authorized users"... YET authorized users can, buy phones , open a lines yet can't cancel a line they themselves opened. Tell me how I can go through the app cancel my line.. Did they ask for any form of identification?? NO! Did they ask me for my pin?? NO! I was asked to verify anything whatsoever?? NO! Great job T-mobile you are doing great! Please tell me how this makes sense.. on top of ALL of this!! I requested to cancel my line BEFORE the new month started and they tell me I have to wait till next billing cycle!! Do not switch from another company to this company. They DO NOT cover the existing bill from your company if you owe on your phone. They are taught to lie to you and say they cover up to 800. I have the T-Mobile 5g home internet with the TMO-G4AR modem and daily my 2 wired connections (using two different ports) disconnect. As soon as I reboot the modem the devices come back online. no issues with wireless connected devices. The 45-80 building at 9801 27th Ave W, Everett, WA is poor. Inside the building, according to the Network Cell Info app the signal strength is around -113 on band 71 and outside the building its not much better, at -105. Moving 500 feet to the east across the parking lot, the signal improves considerably. since after 9 months of being on waiting list unlimited TMobile internet is still not available, they convinced me to try the 100 GB a month plan. Anyone else finding they are being lied to about the data being used?? It said I went through 100 GB in under a week and I was only watching shows on Netflix and Crunchyroll, only 1 device connected, no additional downloads... and according to T-Mobile texts from the time it texted me I was at 95% to the time it texted me I used 100% data was only 20 minutes.. there is no way I watched 5 gigs worth of movie/show in 20 minutes, even HD 4k takes about 1 hours per GB used... and then I go to the data usage section on T-Mobile it says I used all 100 GB, but further down the page it shows only 96 GB was used.. and now that I'm using low speed, it's even slower then low speed tethering from my phone.. (TMobile internet low speed is 2G .. I was in the Fernandina Beach Florida (Amelia Island) store today and I was greeted with the utmost respect and appreciation from the Manager Kristian and her staffs one of them being Anthony. Both are very professional and were extremely helpful to all my needs. Kristian was extremely knowledgeable and gave me every detail about my account and stuff that I didn’t even know I should have gotten prior to today. I will definitely keep going to that same store for all my needs. Anthony was also very helpful while she was getting our products ready. Overall I got the excellent service I needed that I probably would not get at any other store.
