Usage Details
How do you check your current usage details? I cannot find it anywhere! Not the text, talk, nor data usage!
Hello all. I posted in the other thread (USAGE DETAILS NOT UPDATED | T-Mobile Community), but I am so excited that I wanted to say here too: The usage details are now back to normal. 😁 I recommend logging out of your account and clearing history before you try again. I did on my account and it is loading like normal. YAY!!
Usage details are not in real time. Usage can take up to a few days to show on your account depending on the type of usage you are referring to. Texted numbers will be listed in your bill details for each billing period. T-Mobile does not store the contents of texts to view.
