tmobile usage details is missing
my usage details is missing, nothing comes up when I click on usage. unable to see my text or calls

Hey there. I confirmed with our software teams that the usage details are NOT going away permanently. We are working towards figuring out what is causing them not to display and finding a fix. We appreciate your patience while we work through it. At this time, I am closing comments on this thread, but the conversation is ongoing here: USAGE DETAILS NOT UPDATED | T-Mobile Community

Well, I can see why they havenāt been forthcoming with this major news !!! Iām shopping for a new carrier.

Ive had the same problem but only this month if stops at 2/9 for some reason and my service has been so crappy
Short codes are useless. I can see usage totals but when I click on detail it shows last cycleās data.

I used the codes they provided you...and the minutes/ data they claim Ive used to today is the same amount that was current as of Feb 2!!! Don't bother...totally useless
