Top rated worst service ever

I get no service & the cheer gym is where I live. I even pay for a jetpack to have a travel wi-fi.  Why is this the worst Ive ever experienced? This is absolutely unacceptable! Customer of 2 months. How am I suppose to work with a zero signal?  What do I pay for? I see a lot of similar stories w/signal issues. The stress of your failing service that you are causing me is complete bs.

    Has it been. this way since joining TMobile?  if so, I would not be staying.   Does TMobile have any answer for this (assuming you've tried 611 or customer service  through  app or social media)

  • yes , it’s been going on this entire time.  Every time i’m at the cheer gym or if i’m not connected to wi-fi nothing gets sent out to parents or the kids.  Even with the jet pack that I pay additional for every month I don’t even know what the purpose of it is because it does not produce Wi-Fi connection
