Higher Latency lately | Xbox | Call of Duty

Curious if anyone has been having issues. 

Details:

• In Florida
• Home wifi solely used for xbox(wired)
• Had for about 6 months
• Steady 300-600mb download
• Ping was always in the 30's, sometimes touched 20s, sometimes touched 40s
• Towers less than a mile from me both north and south

About a month ago my latency started to stay in the 40-50's, and now a lot of time in the 60-70's, anyone else have increases like this. Router hasn't moved, no updates that I see same .13 version. 

Thanks for any help. Idk if there are ways to optimize things better since its only used for gaming, if anyone has tips lemme know!
